Once a generalist in orthopedics, Cailin Dix discovered her true passion in pelvic health. She dedicated herself to mastering the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor conditions. She has completed specialized training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Cailin is committed to empowering her patients, helping them regain control over bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction, as well as providing guidance during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She employs a combination of manual therapy, customized exercises, and comprehensive education to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.
Her approach is holistic and patient-centered, recognizing that every individual is unique. Cailin carefully tailors her treatments based on thorough evaluations, always treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
In her free time, Cailin enjoys exploring new neighborhoods in New York City, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family and her beloved cat, Ramen.
